Please note that the warranty of this device is valid only if the conditions and instructions mentioned in this warranty certificate and the product manual are observed.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty for the purchased product is provided upon presentation of a valid sales invoice issued by authorized Ako Pardis Aria dealers. The warranty period starts from the invoice date, and for products requiring installation, from the date of installation, provided that a warranty card completed by authorized representatives is submitted. If the customer installs the device themselves, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product purchase date.
- In the event that any defect is observed during the initial operation of the device by the customer, the opinion of Ako Pardis Aria’s technical expert regarding the defect shall be deemed final and valid.
- During the warranty period, the costs of transportation, initial installation, and commissioning of the device within urban areas shall be covered by authorized representatives of Ako Pardis Aria and will be provided free of charge.
- Transportation charges for locations outside urban areas shall be calculated and charged according to the applicable tariff.
- If the device is installed by the customer under non-standard conditions, all costs related to repairing the device or correcting the installation shall be borne by the customer.
- Any additional services or equipment requested by the customer, such as extra wiring, installation of protective devices, and similar services, shall be at the customer’s expense.
- The transportation and relocation of the device shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Period
- The warranty period for household appliance products is 24 months from the date of installation or from the date stated on the sales invoice.
- The warranty period for commercial and industrial products is 18 months from the date of installation or from the date stated on the sales invoice.
- The warranty period for the device compressor is 60 months.
- The warranty period for repaired parts is 6 months.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- Any damage caused by the customer that results in harm to the product shall not be covered under warranty. (The assessment of product damage shall be based on the technical opinion of Ako Pardis Aria’s After-Sales Service expert.)
- Damage resulting from power fluctuations, natural disasters, fire, improper use, non-standard transportation, and environmental factors such as humidity, etc., is not covered by the warranty.
- The use of non-standard procedures, such as washing electrical components or carrying out repairs by unauthorized technicians or service representatives, shall void the warranty coverage.
