Please note that the warranty for this device is valid only if the guidelines mentioned in this warranty document and the product manual are followed.

Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty for the purchased product is valid upon presentation of a valid sales invoice from authorized Ako Pardis Aria stores, starting from the date of purchase, or by providing a completed warranty card issued by authorized service centers.
- In case of any defect observed during the initial setup by the customer, the opinion of the Ako Pardis Aria technical expert regarding the issue will be considered final.
- The cost of transportation and setup by authorized Ako Pardis Aria service centers is free of charge. However, if the device is installed by the customer under non-standard conditions, all costs for repairs or corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Additional services and equipment requested by the customer, such as extra wiring, voltage protectors, etc., are at the customer’s expense.
- If the device needs to be sent to service centers, the transportation cost will be covered by the warranty provider.
Warranty Period:
For air conditioning products, the warranty on parts is 24 months from the date of installation, and for the compressor, it is 60 months from the date of installation.
For industrial products, the warranty period is 18 months from the date of installation.
Items not covered by warranty:
- Any damage caused by the consumer that results in harm to the product will be assessed and determined by the expert technicians of Ako Pardis Aria.
- Damage caused by power fluctuations, electrical faults, accidents, natural disasters, fire, misuse, transportation, or environmental factors such as humidity, etc.
- Use of non-standard procedures, including washing electrical components and repairs performed by unauthorized technicians outside of Ako Pardis Aria.
